A creamy, energising smoothie full of tropical nuances, where the earthy sweetness of beetroot is balanced by the smoothness of banana and the exotic character of soursop. Ideal for breakfast, post-workout recovery or as a refreshing and nutritious drink.

Ingredients
- 50 g cooked beetroot
- 1/2 ripe banana
- 80 g soursop pulp
- 100 ml cold plant-based drink or milk
- 1 teaspoon honey or agave syrup (optional)
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 2 small ice cubes
Instructions
- Chop the cooked beetroot and banana.
- Place the beetroot, banana, soursop pulp and cold plant-based drink into the MOI cup.
- Add the lime juice and, if desired, the honey or agave syrup.
- Add the ice cubes.
- Close the cup properly and select the Smoothie program until the texture is creamy and smooth.
- For a lighter texture, add a little extra plant-based drink and blend for a few more seconds.
