Ingredients
- 200 ml coconut drink
- ½ ripe banana
- 2½ tablespoons white sugar
- 1 shot of espresso or dalgona coffee
Instructions
- Blend the coconut drink, banana and sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the mixture into the milk frother and select the frothing and heating programme.
- Serve in a cup and pour the coffee over the top.
- For a cold version, serve over ice.
