Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons raspberry extract
  • 1 3/4 cups 14 oz hot water
  • 3 drops blue food coloring

Instructions

  • Place the desired amount of sugar and raspberry extract into the container.
  • Pour the hot water into the container up to the MAX FILL line and add the desired amount of blue food coloring to the mixture.
  • Stir well until the sugar is completely dissolved. Once ready, close the container tightly with its lid and place it in the freezer. Let it freeze undisturbed for 24 hours.

After 24h

  • Remove the container from the freezer, take off the lid, and place it in the machine.
  • Select the SORBET mode.
  • Once the process is complete, transfer the sorbet to a bowl and serve immediately to enjoy its refreshing flavor.

Notes

If the result is crumbly due to a very low freezer temperature, you can use the RE-SPIN function to process it a bit more, especially if you are not going to add extra ingredients.
