Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup approx. 225 ml of brewed black coffee
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup cream
- Equal parts Irish whiskey and coffee
Instructions
- Add the desired amount of sugar to the ice cream maker container, pour in the coffee, and stir until the sugar has completely dissolved.
- Add the milk and cream up to the STEP 2 MAX FILL (FREEZE) line of the container. Place the lid on and freeze for 24 hours.
After 24 hours:
- Remove the container from the freezer and take off the lid.
- Add the desired pourable ingredient up to the STEP 2 (POUR LIQUID) line and place it in the machine.
- Select the FROZEN COFFEE mode using the selector.
- Once the process is complete, carefully transfer the frozen Irish coffee to a glass or cup, stirring gently to maintain its creamy texture. Serve immediately to enjoy it at its best.
Notes
If you prefer a more liquid texture, you can add 3–4 additional tablespoons of your preferred pourable ingredient. Then, select the RE-SPIN option to process the mixture again and achieve a smoother consistency.
