Ingredients
- 1 can (approx. 400 ml unsweetened full-fat coconut milk)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Start by whisking the coconut milk in a bowl until smooth. Then add the remaining ingredients and whisk until everything is well combined and the sugar has completely dissolved.
- Transfer the mixture to one of the ice cream containers. Cover with the lid and freeze for 24 hours to allow the mixture to freeze and solidify.
After 24h
- Remove the container from the freezer, take off the lid and place it in the ice cream maker.
- Select the ICE CREAM mode.
- Once the process is complete, you can add extra ingredients or serve immediately.
Notes
If the ice cream has a grainy texture due to a very low freezing temperature, you can select the RE-SPIN option to process the mixture again. This will help achieve a smoother texture, especially if you are not adding extra ingredients.
