Ingredients
- 80 g salmon fillet (skinless and boneless)
- 1 medium potato (peeled and chopped)
- 4 broccoli florets
- 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Place the chopped potato in the Baby Chefbot’s steaming basket, then add the salmon and broccoli florets on top.
- Select the steam cooking program for 20 minutes, until all ingredients are tender.
- Remove the broccoli and salmon, transfer the potato to the blending bowl, add a teaspoon of olive oil and select the blending program until smooth and creamy.
- Serve the purée with the flaked salmon and whole, warm broccoli florets.
