SPAGUETTIS AL NERO DI SEPIA WITH PICKLED MUSSELS

The flavour of the pickled mussels with the cream cheese gives a delicious texture to the pasta, which you can eat both at room temperature and hot and will remain just as tasty.

Ingredients

  • 250 g dried black spaghetti
  • 1500 ml water
  • 180 g marinated mussels (3 small circular cans)
  • 250 g cream cheese

Instructions

For the pasta

  • We boil the 1500 ml of water with the steam function.
  • Once it is boiling, add the spaghetti to the Chefbot and follow the manufacturer’s instructions.
  • Open, drain and set aside.

For the sauce

  • Add the cream cheese and the liquid from the 3 cans of mussels, but only the mussels from two of the cans (the others are reserved without liquid for decoration).
  • Attach the blade accessory and set 1 minute at speed 6.
  • Present the pasta with the sauce on top and place the mussels from the third can as decoration.
