Ingredients
- 250 g dried black spaghetti
- 1500 ml water
- 180 g marinated mussels (3 small circular cans)
- 250 g cream cheese
Instructions
For the pasta
- We boil the 1500 ml of water with the steam function.
- Once it is boiling, add the spaghetti to the Chefbot and follow the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Open, drain and set aside.
For the sauce
- Add the cream cheese and the liquid from the 3 cans of mussels, but only the mussels from two of the cans (the others are reserved without liquid for decoration).
- Attach the blade accessory and set 1 minute at speed 6.
- Present the pasta with the sauce on top and place the mussels from the third can as decoration.
