Sirloin steak with crispy topping

This topping of cheese, basil, garlic and other ingredients is a perfect flavourful addition to this pork fillet. Of course, this is an idea that can be used to add a special delicious touch to any meat.

Ingredients

  • 1 pork loin
  • 1/2 small onion
  • 12 basil leaves
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 50 g grated Parmesan cheese
  • 60 g white bread
  • 25 g butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  • Cut the sirloin in two and season with salt and pepper In a frying pan with a tablespoon of oil, sear the tenderloin on all sides over a high heat. Set aside.
  • Place the knife attachment on the Chefbot. Add 1/2 quartered onion, 12 basil leaves, a peeled clove of garlic, 50 g grated Parmesan cheese, 60 g crumbled white bread, 25 g butter, a little salt and pepper. Grind everything to a paste. Programme 30 seconds on speed 6.
  • Place the fillets on a baking tray and spread the topping over the surface
  • 4.Bake for 20 minutes at 200ºC.
