Productos con los que prepararla
Ingredients
- 380 g of 95º alcohol or aguardiente liquor
- 6 properly peeled lemons (only the zest)
- 700 g of water
- 750 g of sugar
- 700 g of lemon juice
Instructions
- Put the alcohol and lemon zest in a bottle. It is very important for the lemon peel to have none of the white part from the lemon because this will make your drink very acidic.
- Seal the bottle and put it somewhere dry and dark for 7 days.
- Make the syrup after the 7 days. Add the water, sugar and lemon juice to the Chefbot workbowl and programme for 10 minutes at 100ºC at speed 3. Leave to cool at room temperature.
- When the syrup has cooled, pass the alcohol and the syrup through a fine sieve. Mix the two liquids in a bottle and leave to rest in the fridge for at least 1 day before serving.
- Enjoy it cool from the fridge.
