If you’ve been to Mallorca, you’ve probably visited the famous Can Joan de S’Aigo, where one of their stars is the raspberry slush served with an ensaimada. And what if we told you that you can enjoy this treat wherever you are? Well, we’ll show you how to make the raspberry slush – the ensaimada part is up to you.
Productos con los que prepararla
Ingredients
- 1 L water
- 500 g raspberries (frozen or fresh)
- Sweetener to taste (sugar, syrup, dates…)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender and mix thoroughly until smooth with no chunks. You can strain the mixture to remove seeds, but this step is optional.
- Pour the liquid into the Slush Maker and select the “Slush” program. After around 40 minutes, your raspberry slush will be ready.
- If using frozen raspberries, the slush process will be quicker, as the starting temperature will be lower than with fresh fruit.
- Enjoy with an ensaimada and it’ll feel just like being in Mallorca.
