Pulled pork is that tender meat that falls apart on its own and bursts with flavour. Although it might seem complicated, with the right pot it’s easier than you think.

Ingredients
- 1.5 kg pork shoulder (whole or cut into chunks)
- 1 onion (thinly sliced)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 200 ml barbecue sauce
- 100 ml apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp sweet paprika
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Place all ingredients directly into the pot.
- Rub the meat with the sauce and spices, and spread the onion on top.
- Close the lid and set the “Meat” or “Tendon” program for 40 minutes.
- Let the pressure release naturally.
- Open, remove the meat and shred it using forks. Mix with the cooking sauce. Serve in buns, tacos or with rice.
