- 200 g arborio rice
- 150 g mushrooms (button or mixed)
- ½ chopped onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 750 ml vegetable or chicken stock
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter (optional)
- 30 g parmesan cheese
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Add all ingredients except butter and parmesan to the pot.
- Close the lid and select the “Grain/Rice” program.
- Let it sit for 5 minutes after cooking, then open.
