Ingredients

  • 200 g arborio rice
  • 150 g mushrooms (button or mixed)
  • ½ chopped onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 750 ml vegetable or chicken stock
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter (optional)
  • 30 g parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients except butter and parmesan to the pot.
  • Close the lid and select the “Grain/Rice” program.
  • Let it sit for 5 minutes after cooking, then open.
  • Stir in the parmesan and butter, and serve immediately.
