Fish recipes are some of the simplest and easiest dinners that you can make with your air fryer. In this case, we will prepare hake fillets with a coriander sauce that could easily become our star dish of the summer

Ingredients

For the hake:

  • 150 g hake
  • Olive oil spray

For the coriander sauce:

  • 1 bunch of coriander
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • Generous splash of EVOO
  • Salt

Instructions

To prepare the sauce

  • Put all your ingredients into the MOI’s beaker and mix until all the ingredients are blended.

For the hake:

  • Preheat the air fryer to 200°C for 5 minutes
  • Spray your hake with oil and place it in the basket of the fryer once it has been preheated.
  • Programme at 200°C for 10 minutes.
  • Halfway through the cycle, turn the piece over and resume cooking.
  • Once the cycle has finished, put two spoonfuls of your coriander sauce on a plate, place your hake fillets on top of the sauce and you can add cherry tomatoes and red onion as garnish.
  • Enjoy!
