Fish recipes are some of the simplest and easiest dinners that you can make with your air fryer.
In this case, we will prepare hake fillets with a coriander sauce that could easily become our star dish of the summer

Ingredients
For the hake:
- 150 g hake
- Olive oil spray
For the coriander sauce:
- 1 bunch of coriander
- 1 clove of garlic
- Juice of half a lemon
- Generous splash of EVOO
- Salt
Instructions
To prepare the sauce
- Put all your ingredients into the MOI’s beaker and mix until all the ingredients are blended.
For the hake:
- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C for 5 minutes
- Spray your hake with oil and place it in the basket of the fryer once it has been preheated.
- Programme at 200°C for 10 minutes.
- Halfway through the cycle, turn the piece over and resume cooking.
- Once the cycle has finished, put two spoonfuls of your coriander sauce on a plate, place your hake fillets on top of the sauce and you can add cherry tomatoes and red onion as garnish.
