Garlic and iberian secret mellow rice

Rice is always an appetizing dish. In this case, the combination of tender garlic and Iberian secret will provide a delicious taste to this recipe.

Ingredients

  • 150 g Garlic (soft)
  • 300 gr Iberian secret
  • 100 g Ripe tomato 1 unit
  • 300 gr Bomba (Albufera or Senia rice)
  • 3 spoonful’s of virgin olive oil (45ml)
  • 1 spoonful of chopped parsley
  • 1 spoonful of sweet paprika
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Put the stir paddle accessory and add the clean and cut garlic in 2 or 3 cm long pieces. Add the 45 ml of olive oil and a pinch of salt and programme 7 minutes at 120ºC, speed 1 and close.
  • Add 300 g of diced Iberian secret, set for 7 minutes at 120ºC, speed 1 and close.
  • Add 1 grated tomato, programme 2 minutes at 120ºC, speed 1 and close.
  • Add 300 g of rice, set for 2 minutes at 120ºC, speed 1 and close.
  • Add a teaspoon of paprika, a teaspoon of chopped parsley and a pinch of salt. Programme 1 minute at 120ºC, speed 1 and close.
  • Add the previously heated water or broth. Programme 12 minutes at 100ºC, speed 1 and close.
  • Open the Chefbot, test and adjust the salt if necessary. Programme 4 minutes at 100ºC, speed 1 and close.
  • Leave to stand for 5 minutes and serve with some chopped parsley on top.
