Ingredients

  • 500 ml whole milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Liquid caramel (store-bought or homemade)
  • Small molds or one large mold (aluminum foil)

Instructions

  • Pour a teaspoon of caramel into the bottom of each mold.
  • Lightly beat the eggs, then add the sugar, milk, and vanilla. Do not overbeat to avoid foam.
  • Fill the molds and cover them with aluminum foil.
  • Add 1 cup of water to the cooker’s inner pot. Place the molds on a rack.
  • Select the “Baby Foods” program. Let the pressure release naturally and allow to cool.
  • Once cooled, run a knife along the edges and carefully unmold.
