Homemade flan is pure nostalgia with the taste of vanilla and caramel. As simple as it is delicious, it never goes out of style.

Ingredients
- 500 ml whole milk
- 4 eggs
- 100 g sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Liquid caramel (store-bought or homemade)
- Small molds or one large mold (aluminum foil)
Instructions
- Pour a teaspoon of caramel into the bottom of each mold.
- Lightly beat the eggs, then add the sugar, milk, and vanilla. Do not overbeat to avoid foam.
- Fill the molds and cover them with aluminum foil.
- Add 1 cup of water to the cooker’s inner pot. Place the molds on a rack.
- Select the “Baby Foods” program. Let the pressure release naturally and allow to cool.
- Once cooled, run a knife along the edges and carefully unmold.
