Ingredients
- 500 g rolled oats (thick)
- 200 g chocolate chips or chopped chocolate
- 100 g hazelnuts
- 80 g honey
- 50 g dried cranberries
- 150 g seed mix
- 50 g unsweetened cocoa powder
- 40 ml coconut oil
Instructions
- Place the oats, hazelnuts, cranberries, seed mix, and cocoa into a bowl and mix.
- Add the honey and coconut oil. Stir until all dry ingredients are well coated.
- Line the air fryer basket with baking paper cut to size and pour in the granola.
- Program at 180°C for 15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
- Once finished, add the chocolate (either wait until it cools to keep the chunks intact, or mix immediately so it melts) and stir.
