2kilos broad beans with pod
1handful of garlic shoots
Peel the broad beans by removing the beans from the pod, throw the pods away.
Put the EVOO in the Pot Studio and fry the sausages which have been cut into large pieces. Once they have a golden colour, set aside.
Place the finely chopped half onion and the chopped garlic shoots in that oil, and fry. Once golden, add the broad beans, cover the Pot Studio and lower the heat to a minimum, leave to cook for 40 minutes, stir very occasionally and very carefully so that the broad beans do not break. Once the broad beans are cooked, add the sausages and cook everything together for 5 more minutes, add salt to taste. Fill the pataqueta bread with the broad beans and sausages.
