Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 cup of hot water
- 1 cup of lemon juice
Instructions
- Whisk the sugar, honey, and hot water in a large bowl until the sugar is completely dissolved. Add the lemon juice and continue whisking until all the ingredients are well combined.
- Pour the mixture into the container, cover it with the storage lid, and place it in the freezer for 24 hours.
After 24h
- Remove the container from the freezer, take off the lid, and place it in the machine.
- Select the SORBET mode.
- Once the process is finished, serve the sorbet directly and enjoy immediately.
Notes
If the sorbet turns crumbly due to a very low freezer temperature, you can use the RE-SPIN function to process it a bit more, especially if you are not going to add extra ingredients.
