If you add microwaved broccoli and a sad chicken breast, you probably get one of the most typical office menus. That’s why we bring you this white bean, broccoli and tahini cream recipe, very easy to make in the rice cooker.

Ingredients
- 450 g canned white beans (drained)
- 250 g broccoli
- ½ white onion (or leek, white part, about 200 g)
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 1 l vegetable broth
- Salt and white pepper
- A drizzle of extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Open the rice cooker and add the drained white beans, the broccoli cut into small pieces (about 2 cm), the peeled and chopped onion (or sliced leek) and the vegetable broth.
- Select the “Soup” program and let the cycle finish.
- Once done, blend all ingredients with a hand blender.
