- 500 g pumpkin (cubed)
- 1 medium potato (chopped)
- 1 carrot
- ½ onion
- 1 leek (optional)
- Water or broth (just enough to cover)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Place all the raw ingredients in the pot: vegetables, salt, and oil.
- Add just enough water or broth to cover everything.
- Select the “Soup” program.
- Let rest for 5 minutes, open carefully, and blend with a hand blender until smooth and creamy. Adjust salt to taste.
