We’re sure you already know all the benefits of drinking matcha, and while it’s a wonderful beverage, in hot weather it can be a little counterproductive. Just like the famous Iced Matcha Latte, which tends to melt too quickly when temperatures rise. That’s why we bring you the ultimate solution – a Matcha Frappé with coconut milk and a touch of agave syrup for sweetness.

Ingredients

  • 1  L coconut drink (we recommend Alpro Coco Tropical)
  • 200  ml ceremonial matcha (previously mixed with hot water)
  • Agave syrup to taste

Instructions

  • Prepare the matcha and mix it with the coconut drink (room temperature or cold). Add agave syrup and stir well.
  • Pour the mixture into the Slush Maker, select the “Frappé” program, and let the cycle begin.
  • After around 45 minutes, the frappé will be ready to enjoy.
  • The great thing about this recipe is that you can change it up each time by adding different flavoured syrups like vanilla, salted caramel, or pumpkin spice.
