Instructions
- Pour the litre of horchata into our Slush Maker, select the “Slush” program, and let the cycle begin.
- After approximately 40 minutes, the horchata will reach the perfect slushy texture.
- Don’t worry if you don’t serve all 4 glasses—the machine can keep running to maintain the slush.
- If there’s any leftover, you can store it in a container in the fridge and repeat the preparation later.
