Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas (approx. 300–350 g)
  • 200 mL cold coconut milk
  • 120 mL lime juice
  • 120 mL agave syrup
  • 240 mL white rum
  • A pinch of sea salt (optional, to enhance flavour)

Instructions

  • Blend the bananas, coconut milk, lime juice, rum, agave, and salt until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into the Slush Maker and select the “Slush Cocktail” program.
  • Freeze for about 40 minutes or until the desired texture is reached.
