- 2 ripe bananas (approx. 300–350 g)
- 200 mL cold coconut milk
- 120 mL lime juice
- 120 mL agave syrup
- 240 mL white rum
- A pinch of sea salt (optional, to enhance flavour)
Instructions
- Blend the bananas, coconut milk, lime juice, rum, agave, and salt until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into the Slush Maker and select the “Slush Cocktail” program.
- Freeze for about 40 minutes or until the desired texture is reached.
