Ingredients

  • 1 kg of ripe apricots (halved and pitted)
  • 500 g of sugar
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon

Instructions

  • Add the apricots, sugar, and lemon juice to the pot.
  • Select the “Porridge” preset.
  • Allow the pressure to release naturally. Then open the pot and stir with a wooden spoon.
  • If the mixture is too runny, you can reduce it by cooking a few more minutes with the lid open (in “Keep Warm” mode or manually).
  • Once it has reached the desired texture, pour it into clean jars while still hot. Seal tightly.
