- 1 kg of ripe apricots (halved and pitted)
- 500 g of sugar
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
Instructions
- Add the apricots, sugar, and lemon juice to the pot.
- Select the “Porridge” preset.
- Allow the pressure to release naturally. Then open the pot and stir with a wooden spoon.
- If the mixture is too runny, you can reduce it by cooking a few more minutes with the lid open (in “Keep Warm” mode or manually).
- Once it has reached the desired texture, pour it into clean jars while still hot. Seal tightly.
