Realizada porCREATE
There’s only one way to say farewell to the last days of summer with a slow and tasty breakfast, and that’s with this toast idea. The sweetness of the apricots that are now in season combines perfectly with the acidic taste of the goat’s cheese. All this on some toasted traditional white bread made at home with our flour.

CHEF BREAD

Ingredients

  • 1 slice of traditional white bread
  • 1 ripe apricot
  • 1 drizzle of olive oil
  • 1 basil leaf
  • Goat’s cheese to taste (we recommend using a fresh or semi-cured one)

Instructions

  • Make your traditional white bread in our CHEFBREAD
  • Once your loaf is ready, cut off a slice and toast it if you life in a pan with a little oil and the chopped basil leaf. It is important to use a medium-low heat so the oil does not burn and the bread can absorb all the aromas from the oil and basil.
  • After toasting your bread, add the goat’s cheese of your choice however you like (we felt inspired and have done it in the shape of petals).
  • Finally, add some pieces of ripe apricot and enjoy this delicious toast.
