- 60 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice (approx. 1–2 lemons)
- 120 ml very cold water
- 30 ml elderflower syrup
- 1 teaspoon honey or sugar (optional, depending on acidity)
- Finely crushed ice
- A sprig of rosemary or fresh herbs for garnish
Instructions
- Squeeze the lemon and strain the juice to remove the pulp.
- In the blender jar, add the lemon juice, cold water and elderflower syrup.
- Blend well so all the ingredients combine.
- Fill the glass with finely crushed ice.
- Pour the lemonade slowly so it remains clear and bright.
- Decorate with an aromatic sprig.
