Ingredients
- 95 g Greek yogurt
- 100 g wheat flour
- 3 g baker’s yeast
- Seeds (garlic, onion, seasonings…)
- 1 egg for brushing
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1.5 L water
Instructions
- Mix the flour with the yeast.
- Add the yogurt and knead until a moldable consistency is achieved.
- Once the dough is easy to shape, form a ball, cover with a cloth, and let rise for 30 minutes in a warm place.
- After that, divide the dough into two pieces. Shape each into a donut form to make a bagel.
- In a pot, bring the water with baking soda to a boil.
- Let the bagels rest on a floured surface, covered with a cloth, for 20 minutes.
- After 20 minutes, place the bagels in the boiling water, flip them after 15 seconds, then remove and place in the air fryer basket.
- Brush with egg and sprinkle with seeds.
- Cook at 180°C for 7 minutes – and they’re ready.
