The classic Italian bruschetta is reinvented with the sweet touch of strawberries. A fresh, creamy bite full of contrasts that surprises with every mouthful.

Ingredients
- 250 g cherry tomatoes
- 150 g strawberries
- A drizzle of olive oil (EVOO)
- Salt
- Pepper
- Oregano
- Garlic powder
- 200 g mascarpone
- A drizzle of honey
- 1 large slice of bread
Instructions
- Quarter the cherry tomatoes and strawberries, and place them in the air fryer basket. Add the drizzle of oil and all the spices (except mascarpone and bread).
- Cook at 200 °C for 12 minutes, stirring halfway through so the fruit cooks evenly.
- Meanwhile, toast the bread and prepare the mascarpone by stirring it well with a pinch of salt.
- Spread the mascarpone on the toast and top with the roasted tomatoes and strawberries.
- Drizzle with honey and enjoy this delicious toast.
