Ingredients
- 150-200 ml cold coconut water
- Ice to taste
- 100 ml coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon matcha powder
- A dash of vanilla extract
Instructions
- Add the plant milk, matcha, and vanilla directly into your milk frother.
- Use the cold foam mode to make the matcha foam.
- Let the frother work: everything will mix and form a light, creamy matcha-flavored foam.
- Fill a large glass with ice.
- Pour in the cold coconut water.
- Use a spoon to gently place the matcha foam on top, letting it float like a cloud.
