- 1 L tomato juice
- 250 ml vodka
- 80 ml fresh lemon juice
- 20 ml Worcestershire sauce (Perrins)
- 5 ml hot sauce (e.g., Tabasco)
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp ground black pepper
- Sugar (optional: 1 tsp (helps with texture and balance))
- 200 ml cold water (helps thin and slush consistency)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.
- Taste and adjust spice, salt or vodka as desired.
- Pour into the Slush Maker up to the maximum fill.
- Select the “Slush Cocktail” program and chill for around 40 minutes.
- Serve in a tall glass with a celery stalk when it reaches slush texture.
