Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 cups milk
  • ½ cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • A pinch of salt
  • Optional: nuts (seeds, or extra blueberries for topping)

Instructions

  • Place oats, milk, honey, cinnamon, and salt in the rice cooker.
  • Set to “porridge” mode, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
  • After 10–15 mins, when oats begin to thicken, add blueberries and stir gently.
  • Cook 2–3 more mins until blueberries are warm and porridge reaches desired texture.
  • Serve hot and top with nuts, seeds, or extra blueberries if desired.
