Instructions
- Peel the bananas and place them in a blender. If they are large, use one and a half to maintain the right consistency. The riper they are, the sweeter the batter will be.
- Add the eggs, milk, sugar (if using), cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
- Melt the butter and mix it into the blended mixture.
- Incorporate the flour and baking powder. Stir with a spatula or whisk until just combined. Adjust with more flour or milk if necessary.
- Let the batter rest for 5 minutes while preheating the waffle iron.
- Grease the waffle iron and pour in the batter, avoiding overfilling. Cook until golden and crispy.
- Once cooked, dip the waffles in white chocolate and sprinkle with dried mango. Enjoy!
