Pancakes are one of the most successful breakfasts when we have children at home (children of any age). Some supermarkets sell ready-to-use mixes, but they often have ingredients that are difficult to identify and are also much more expensive than if we prepare them at home, with very little effort. We can eat them with some melted butter and honey, caramel, syrup, chocolate or cream; and also \u2013 in a healthier version \u2013 with a generous portion of fruit and a dash of agave syrup.\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n <\/div>\n \n

  • 200<\/span> ml<\/span> of milk (200 g)<\/span><\/li>
  • One egg<\/span><\/li>
  • 1<\/span> tablespoon of sugar<\/span><\/li>
  • 10<\/span> g<\/span> of yeast or impeller powder (Royal type, sachets are usually 15 g)<\/span><\/li>
  • 1<\/span> A pinch of salt<\/span><\/li>
  • Butter or oil to grease the pan<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div>\n <\/div>\n \n

    Instructions<\/h3>
    • Put the whisk attachment in the Chefbot\u2019s bowl. Add all the ingredients, program 3 minutes at speed 3 and close the Chefbot\u2019s bowl.\u00a0<\/span><\/div><\/li>
    • Open the Chefbot and transfer the batter to a mixing bowl with pouring spout or to a jug (the spout will help us to pour the pancake batter properly so that they become round.\u00a0<\/span><\/div><\/li>
    • Cook them in a non-stick frying pan greased with a little olive oil or butter. When they have bubbles on the surface, turn them over with the help of a spatula.
