kroku<\/h3><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\"><h4 class=\"wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-bold\">Para las peras:<\/h4><ul class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\"><li id=\"wprm-recipe-59227-step-0-0\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px\">Pelamos las peras, dej\u00e1ndoles el rabito y realizamos un corte horizontal en la base de las peras para que se asienten bien en la cazuela.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-59227-step-0-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px\"><span style=\"display: block;\">En una olla, vertemos el vino y ponemos a calentar a fuego medio. Cuando coja temperatura a\u00f1adimos el az\u00facar y removemos para que se vaya integrando. A\u00f1adimos ahora la canela en rama y la c\u00e1scara de naranja (solo la parte naranja para que no se quede amargo)<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-59227-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px\">Colocamos las peras en la olla, tapamos  y cocinamos 25-30 minutos a fuego medio. Es importante ir regando las peras varias veces con el alm\u00edbar de vino que se va cocinando. Seg\u00fan vayamos ba\u00f1ando la fruta, comprobaremos como va adquiriendo el color del vino tinto.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-59227-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Pasado el tiempo de cocci\u00f3n, comprobamos con una brocheta o pincho el punto \u00f3ptimo. Debe introducirse f\u00e1cilmente hasta el coraz\u00f3n de la pera, cuya carne debe estar tierna.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-59227-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px\">Retiramos las peras y reservamos.<\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\"><h4 class=\"wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-bold\">Para el sirope:<\/h4><ul class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\"><li id=\"wprm-recipe-59227-step-1-0\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px\">A\u00f1adimos el az\u00facar restante y dejamos que se reduzca a fuego alto durante unos 10-15 min. Debemos buscar que nos quede un alm\u00edbar de vino pero sin que llegue a caramelizar.<\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\"><h4 class=\"wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-bold\">Para la pavlova:<\/h4><ul class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\"><li id=\"wprm-recipe-59227-step-2-0\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px\">Primero vamos a preparar el merengue. Para ello, ponemos en un bol amplio las claras de huevo a temperatura ambiente y las batimos a velocidad alta ( 5 ).  Cuando formen picos suaves, a\u00f1adimos poco a poco el az\u00facar.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-59227-step-2-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Seguimos batiendo hasta que se formen picos robustos. Si le podemos dar la vuelta al bowl sin que se caiga el contenido, quiere decir que nuestro merengue est\u00e1 listo.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-59227-step-2-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px\">A\u00f1adimos al merengue el zumo de lim\u00f3n, la vainilla l\u00edquida y la maicena. Mezclamos suavemente con una esp\u00e1tula pero integrando bien todos los ingredientes de las mini pavlovas.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-59227-step-2-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Precalentamos el horno a 130\u00ba.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-59227-step-2-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px\">Con ayuda de una manga pastelera formamos peque\u00f1os nidos e nuestra bandeja de horno, dejando un hueco en el medio en el que luego vamos a colocar nuestras peras.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-59227-step-2-5\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Introducimos el merengue en forma de pozitos en el horno y horneamos a 130\u00ba durante 90 minutos.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-59227-step-2-6\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Sacamos y dejamos enfriar.<\/span><\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\"><h4 class=\"wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-bold\">Emplatado:<\/h4><ul class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\"><li id=\"wprm-recipe-59227-step-3-0\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px\">Colocamos nuestra pavlova en el centro del plato. Sobre ella pondremos nuestras peras infusionadas en el vino tinto y verteremos el alm\u00edbar que hemos preparado alrededor de la pavlova.
