Dentro verteremos el huevo, el aceite y la sal y comenzaremos a revolver con ayuda de un tenedor. Iremos integrando la harina con el resto de ingredientes poco a poco hasta obtener una masa que podemos amasar con las manos. Es muy importante amasar durante al menos 10 minutos hasta obtener una masa que al apretarla con el dedo vuelva a crecer. Tapamos con un pa\u00f1o h\u00famedo y reservamos durante 1 hora en la nevera.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-59144-step-0-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Preparamos nuestro relleno mientras.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li block;\">En un bowl mezclaremos todos los ingredientes menos la yema de huevo y lo pasaremos a una manga pastelera.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-59144-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px\">Reservamos.<\/div><\/li><li block;\">Un vez haya pasado el tiempo de descanso de la masa comenzaremos a extenderla en forma rectangular con ayuda de un rodillo.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-59144-step-0-5\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px\">Debe quedar una masa ina pero robusta.<\/div><\/li><li decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px\">Con ayuda de la manga pastelera crearemos como peque\u00f1os pozos de ricotta donde luego verteremos nuestra yema 20px\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Mojamos alrededor de la ricotta con agua y colocamos la otra capa de masa de pasta por arriba.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-59144-step-0-9\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px\">Apretamos con nuestras manos siguiendo la forma del relleno y con nuestro cortador de pasta la cortemos en circulos.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-59144-step-0-10\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px\"><span style=\"display: block;\">En una olla ponemos agua con sal a hervir y cuando est\u00e9 listo introducimos uno a uno nuestros
