Bij onze versie vervangen we de druiven die er traditioneel bij gereserveerd worden door blokjes meloen, wat ook zorgt voor een heerlijk contrast met de textuur en de smaak van amandel. Als je deze koude soep een tijdje in de koelkast bewaart, doe ze dan in een gesloten bak en roer ze goed door voor het serveren, zodat het weer een gladde emulsie wordt.
