El smoothie tiene un origen ancestral en Am\u00e9rica Latina, donde realizaban batidos de frutas para la ingesta de vitaminas. Se trata de una receta con ingredientes simples que tienen como resultado un sabor espectacular, fresco y sabroso. Se suele acompa\u00f1ar con alg\u00fan topping, en este caso lo hemos hecho con almendra machacada, pero puede llevar cualquier fruto seco, fruta \u00f3 cereales.<\/div>\n <\/div>\n \n
