Il porridge \u00e8 una colazione sana, confortevole ed economica che si prepara in pochi minuti. Sebbene sia pi\u00f9 comunemente consumato dolce, idratando la farina d’avena nel latte o in qualche bevanda vegetale e accompagnandola con frutta, noci o semi, pu\u00f2 anche essere mangiato salato, con brodo di pollo o di verdure e accompagnato, per esempio, da un uovo sodo.
