Ils permettent de varier les ingr\u00e9dients en fonction de la saison ou de la disponibilit\u00e9. Dans ce cas, nous avons combin\u00e9 deux types de champignons et une poign\u00e9e d\u2019\u00e9pinards, en aromatisant la b\u00e9chamel avec un peu de gorgonzola (bien que l\u2019on puisse utiliser style=\"margin-bottom: 20px\">Placez l\u2019accessoire couteau dans le verre du Chefbot, ajoutez les noix, programmez 5 secondes \u00e0 la vitesse 6 et fermez. Ouvrez le Chefbot et, \u00e0 l\u2019aide de la spatule, retirez-les et mettez-les de c\u00f4t\u00e9.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-17306-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px\">Ajoutez les 150 g de shiitake et les 150 g de champignons, r\u00e9glez 8 secondes \u00e0 la vitesse 6 et fermez. Ouvrez le Chefbot et, \u00e0 l\u2019aide de la spatule, retirez-les et mettez-les de c\u00f4t\u00e9.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-17306-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px\">Sans laver le verre, ajouter les deux oignons, pel\u00e9s et coup\u00e9s en quartiers. Programmer 7 secondes \u00e0 la vitesse 6 et fermer.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-17306-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px\">Ouvrez le Chefbot, enlevez l\u2019accessoire lame et fixez l\u2019accessoire m\u00e9langeur. Ajouter les 45 ml d\u2019huile d\u2019olive et une pinc\u00e9e de sel, programmer 10 minutes \u00e0 120\u00baC, vitesse 1 et fermer.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-17306-step-0-5\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px\">Ouvrez le Chefbot et ajoutez les champignons pr\u00e9alablement hach\u00e9s et un peu de sel. Programmer 5 minutes \u00e0 120\u00baC \u00e0 la vitesse 1 et fermer, en laissant le bouchon de remplissage ouvert pour qu\u2019ils s\u2019\u00e9vaporent.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-17306-step-0-6\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px\">Ouvrez le Chefbot et ajoutez les petits \u00e9pinards coup\u00e9s au couteau. Programmer 12 minutes \u00e0 120\u00baC \u00e0 la vitesse 1 et fermer, en laissant le bouchon de remplissage ouvert pour qu\u2019ils s\u2019\u00e9vaporent. Ouvrez, placez sur un plateau et ajoutez les noix. Attendez que le verre refroidisse et lavez-le.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-17306-step-0-7\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px\">Pour la b\u00e9chamel, mettez l\u2019accessoire batteur dans le verre. Ajouter les 50 g de beurre, les 15 ml d\u2019huile d\u2019olive, programmer 1h30 \u00e0 100\u00b0C, vitesse 1 et fermer.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-17306-step-0-8\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px\">Ouvrez le Chefbot et \u00e9talez les 60 g de farine, en veillant \u00e0 ce qu\u2019elle ne reste pas sur les parois du verre. R\u00e9gler pendant 3 minutes \u00e0 100\u00b0C, vitesse 2 et fermer.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-17306-step-0-9\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px\">Ajoutez les 900 ml de lait, du sel et de la noix de muscade selon votre go\u00fbt. Programme de 8 minutes \u00e0 95\u00baC, vitesse 3 et fermeture. \u00c0 mi-cuisson, ajouter le fromage en petits morceaux par le bouchon de remplissage.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-17306-step-0-10\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px\">Ouvrez le Chefbot et, en prenant soin de ne pas vous br\u00fbler, m\u00e9langez 150 ml avec la garniture de cannelloni. Ajustez avec du sel et du poivre, remplissez les cannelloni et mettez-les, avec le pli de la fermeture \u00e9clair vers le bas, dans une plaque de cuisson adapt\u00e9e \u00e0 leur taille, barbouill\u00e9e de quelques cuiller\u00e9es de b\u00e9chamel. Versez le reste de la b\u00e9chamel sur les cannelloni.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-17306-step-0-11\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px\">Allumez le four \u00e0 200\u00baC, en chauffant de haut en bas (si possible).<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-17306-step-0-12\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px\">Si nous avons le fromage en un seul morceau, mettez l\u2019axe d\u2019entra\u00eenement et le disque dans le verre propre en position de r\u00e2page (s\u2019il s\u2019agit d\u2019un fromage \u00e0 p\u00e2te molle, mettez-le au cong\u00e9lateur une demi-heure avant pour qu\u2019il soit plus dur et ne colle pas). Fermez avec le couvercle du robot m\u00e9nager et allumez \u00e0 la vitesse 5. R\u00e2pez le fromage \u00e0 l\u2019aide du poussoir et \u00e9teignez-le lorsqu\u2019il est pr\u00eat.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-17306-step-0-13\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px\">Versez le reste de la b\u00e9chamel sur les cannellonis, \u00e9talez le fromage r\u00e2p\u00e9 et 30 g de beurre sur le dessus. Mettez les cannellonis au four, qui est d\u00e9j\u00e0 chaud, et faites-les gratiner (avec la chaleur sur le dessus). Cuire au four pendant environ 10 minutes ou jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le fromage soit fondu et l\u00e9g\u00e8rement grill\u00e9, en m\u00eame temps que la b\u00e9chamel.
