accesorios de pasta que nos ayudan a laminar la masa fresca. \nEsta receta lleva espinacas pero puedes hacerla de remolacha, de tomate, de tinta de calamar, calabaza o la b\u00e1sica de huevo. \nUna vez laminada la masa, colocamos el relleno y cortaremos en peque\u00f1os cuadrados cuyos bordes uniremos con huevo batido. \nPuedes congelar los raviolis formados y crudos, justo para sacar, hervir y Cubrir con el resto de masa.
