Echar la nata y empezar a batir a velocidad 6 durante 1 minuto. Inmediatamente echar el az\u00facar poco a poco por un lado y sin dejar de batir. <\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-12121-step-0-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Seguir con el batidor de globo y sin dejar de batir, bajar a velocidad 4 y seguir durante 3 minutos. Meter en una manga pastelera y reservar en el frigor\u00edfico.<\/span><\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\"><h4 class=\"wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-bold\">Para el brioche<\/h4><ul class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\"><li id=\"wprm-recipe-12121-step-1-0\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Calentar la leche (s\u00f3lo templar) en una taza o bol y diluir la levadura en ella.\u00a0 Reservar.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-12121-step-1-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Utilizar el accesorio gancho amasador. Echar en el bol de la amasadora, la harina tamizada, la sal, el az\u00facar, tres huevos y la levadura disuelta previamente en la leche. Amasar durante 5 minutos hasta ver que los ingredientes se han integrado y queda una masa moldeable. Si observamos que no est\u00e1 muy manejable, amasar durante 5 minutos m\u00e1s (depender\u00e1 de la temperaturade vuestra casa y de la humedad).<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-12121-step-1-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Cortar la mantequilla endados, para utilizar m\u00e1s adelante, y meterla en el frigor\u00edfico<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-12121-step-1-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Seguir con el accesorio gancho amasador. A\u00f1adir la mantequilla fr\u00eda a la mezcla. Amasar durante 10 minutos. Al principio la masa es pegajosa y dif\u00edcil de trabajar. Poco a poco la mantequilla se va absorbiendo y la masa comienza a hacerse flexible.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-12121-step-1-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Cuando la mantequilla se absorba y quede incorporada a la masa, continuar trabajando durante otros 10 minutos o hasta que la masa quede fina, brillante y el\u00e1stica.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-12121-step-1-5\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Formar una bola con la masa y colocar en un bol engrasado. Cubrir con papel film y dejar reposar en un lugar c\u00e1lido y oscuro (ideal el horno precalentado, apagado y cerrado). Dejar \u201clevar\u201d durante 3 horas.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-12121-step-1-6\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Volcar la masa sobre una superficiede trabajo. Formar una bola amasando un poco para desgasificarla. Engrasar un molde con forma de coraz\u00f3n. Si el molde no es de silicona, poner en la base un trozo de papel sulfurizado. Introducir la masa en forma de bolas de 50 g aproximadamente cada una. Dejar fermentar durante 2 horas m\u00e1s en el horno templado, apagado y cerrado. Las bolas se habr\u00e1n unido pr\u00e1cticamente.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-12121-step-1-7\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Pintar las bolas con el cuarto huevo batido. Hornear durante 20 minutos (depender\u00e1 de cada horno) a temperatura de180\u00ba C. Si se observa que la superficie se dora mucho casi al final, cubrir con papel de aluminio.
