Poner cada solomillo en cada mitad del hojaldre, distribuir el sofrito de champi\u00f1ones y chalotas por encima de los solomillos. A\u00f1adir un trozo de foie micuit. Cerrar la masa, que tiene que estar fr\u00eda, haciendo unos paquetes cerrados para que no se salgan los jugos. Decorar con el resto del hojaldre. Pinchar con un punz\u00f3n o un tenedor en la parte superior de los hojaldres para dejar respirar los solomillos.
